An online dictionary defines yoga as:

I started learning yoga since I was a child. But my mom told me not to engage more in yoga because of its religious implications.

I don't consider yoga as a religious practice. I take yoga as a form of exercises. Since then, I have been applying yoga into myself and have been including yoga as my health and beauty regimen. Yoga has been helping me a lot.
